Coltzans Shrine is a place where you get to try to increase your neopet's levels. It works by the neopian time, approach the Shrine at a specific time, and you will receive a prize, otherwise you will get nothing.

Location: The obelisk at the center of the Lost Desert

Tip: The time needs to be pretty exact for when you approach so make sure the Neopian Time clock does not lag while your page loads.

Tip: If you get "You hear footsteps in the distance", "The sand beneath your feet seems warmer than usual", " A chill wind picks up then dies down again", "You hear maniacal laughter in the distance", "You hear a high pitched scream, then it fades", or "Your hands glow blue for a moment", this means that you missed the timing by one second too early or too late. Try to adjust your click timing properly.

Shrine Times:

Speed: Every fifth second of the hour
Defense: Every tenth second of the hour
Strength: Every thirty minutes of the hour
Endurance (hit points) : Every hour of the day
Level: Every two hours
Burnt Food: 11:00 - 12:00 NST
Dubloons: 55 seconds past the minute
1,000,000 NP: 12:00 PM (reportedly, as I never received this prize)
Random: Exactly every minute
