The Money Tree is where many of Neopia's most generous users donate some of their items and Neopoints to the less fortunate members of the Neopets community. Most of the stuff that gets donated are the things people want to get rid of, obviously, so most stuff is not very useful. Sometimes the neopet ghosts steal neopoints from players, and donate it to the tree as well.

Unfortunately, because of the number of people trying to get free items, it is very difficult to get anything from the money tree, and almost impossible to get anything good.

Location: To find the Money Tree, click on Neopia Central, and it is right in the center of the map.

Tip 1: Try clicking on the bottom items. You will have more chance to get these as most people try for the top row.

Tip 2: Disabling images from loading on the page will let the page load faster. Just click on the box even though it will be harder to know what it is because you will have to read the desciption.

Tip 3: By pressing down the crtl (control) button and scrolling with your mouse, you can reduce or enlarge the fonts on a page. If you reduce them till almost nothing, you can fit alot more pictures of items on the page at once, allowing you to click on the bottom items faster.

Tip 4: Pressing thr 'F5' button or 'ctrl+r' lets you refresh the page. Position your mouse over a part of the page where you know a item will be, refresh the page and you will be able to click pretty fast for items.

Update: For those who don't know, there are prgrams called Money Tree Grabbers (MTG for short). They basically make it almost impossible for any legitamate Money Tree grabbing. Using these types of programs will almost certainly get you banned from Neopets. So I am hesitant to link to them, as I do not want people to lose their accounts. That being said, now that you now they exist, it is not too difficult to find one.
